Everyone around Newburgh please watch this crew. They pried a railing off of the house yesterday. Today they gave conflicting stories one guy saying that they were "clearing all debris inside and out" another guy promised that they would put the railing back on when they were done. All too often these salvage crews are known for destroying or stealing architectural features in the historic district. It's unclear to me who owns the property.
